As we go forward with this growing chapter of AAUP at Wilkes, addressing issues that shape us, the executive committee’s opinion is that we are a team, not a top-down organization. Our chapter already demonstrates shared governance, and we hope that process becomes the pervasive view of how faculty can work together.
To that end, as you have concerns that you think AAUP should address, let us know in person or over email. Even t this meeting’s end, please voice ideas we could include on our next agenda.
